The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years of experience in invoicing clients, managing projects, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will also have experience with taxation and understanding contracts, although we may consider candidates with strengths in some but not all these areas.
Qualifications
The Responsibilities
* Review non-standard contracts to assess implications on the Client Services team and conduct research using contracts as needed.
* Collaborate with the Technical Accounting team and Oracle team to set up product codes.
* Work with the Finance and Tax teams on various tax projects to ensure correct taxation on invoices.
* Partner with the Client Services team to develop use cases for system enhancements related to licensing and invoicing.
* Manage atypical DORA requests.
* Coordinate with the Corporate team to respond to questionnaires and supplier forms.
* Produce ad-hoc reports as required.
* Track and analyze the costing implications of multi-year deals.
* Manage special projects as needed.
