The Role:
* As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering expert legal advice to clients on a variety of employment matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Settlement Agreements: Negotiation and drafting.
* Advisory Services: Guidance on redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Discrimination Claims: Managing cases across all discrimination types.
* TUPE Advice: Providing expertise, particularly in corporate support contexts.
* Restrictive Covenants: Advice, litigation, undertakings and drafting.
* Employment Documentation: Drafting service agreements, contracts, policy documents and handbooks.
* Tribunal Representation: Handling employment tribunal litigation.
* Employee Rights: Advising on flexible working, part-time work and maternity leave management.
