About the Role
If you’re energetic, reliable, and ready to kick-start your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, high-impact team. As a Warehouse Operative, your main focus will be picking and packing orders to a high standard, helping us deliver fast, accurate, and beautifully packed products to customers around the world.
You’ll be on your feet during most of the day and play an essential role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role suits someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Pick and pack customer orders with care, speed, and accuracy
* Prepare materials and stock ready for daily order fulfilment
* Support the team with basic production tasks like cutting and preparing patches
* Keep your workstation organised and tidy
* Monitor stock levels and flag when items need replenishing
* Follow our packing procedures and quality checks
* Work together with the team to meet daily shipping targets
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
* Pitch in with other warehouse tasks when needed – we’re a small team that helps each other out
What We’re Looking For
* High energy, good stamina, and a hands-on attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
* Able to follow instructions and stay organised in a busy environment
* Keen to learn and grow—no prior warehouse experience required
* A friendly, can-do approach that helps keep the team spirit strong
* Ability to commute to our site in Manston, CT12
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
You’ll need to provide two references, including one from your most recent employer.
What We Offer
* Salary: £27,000 per year
* Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
