The Role
As a Junior Legal Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation and formatting of legal documents
* Managing and maintaining client files (both digital and physical)
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
* Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
* Supporting with compliance and documentation processes
* General administrative duties to support the wider team
