As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between regional recruiters and candidates - guiding individuals through each stage of the recruitment process with empathy, clarity and purpose. As part of our commitment to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, we would particularly welcome applications from people who are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.
* Full-time, fixed term role until the 31st March 2027 (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
* Hybrid working: split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office
* Initial training: first 4 weeks based on-site in Upavon, Monday to Thursday
* As part of the induction process, you will be required to attend an in-person, 1.5 day, induction at our offices in Bovington
