We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our new customers. As an Onboarding Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our new clients, guiding them through their onboarding process and ensuring they get the most value out of our products from day one. You’ll play a critical role in setting the tone for their entire journey with us, starting with project managing their setup, personalised training sessions and conducting online seminars for larger groups. Your daily tasks will involve a mix of activities, starting with a one-on-one training session with a new customer on their first experience with our platform. You’ll also manage the setup and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated into our ecosystem. Later in the day, you’ll lead an online seminar, showcasing a new feature to a group of customers. What you’ll do Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process by collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues and overcome challenges that may arise. Provide training for both new and existing customers on all aspects of our platforms, offering personalised 1:1 sessions and leading engaging webinar-style forums Help customers and internal teams understand the full capabilities of the platform, optimizing existing content and creating new, innovative training materials to enhance the learning experience. Take full ownership for the setting up of new customers, applying attention to detail and knowledge of our platforms to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that ensures clients can start using the platforms with ease. Understand customer needs and goals, identifying potential up-sell opportunities and recommending relevant products or features that could add value to their business. Provide outstanding internal customer service by keeping accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions, ensuring your colleagues have the necessary insights to deliver top-notch results Responsibilities Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth integration and setup of Nurtur products across the business. Conduct online training sessions for both individuals and large groups, covering all aspects of the Nurtur system to ensure customers are equipped to maximise its potential. Highlight the return on investment (ROI) from the very beginning, ensuring clients see the value and benefits of using Nurtur products right from their initial interactions. Ensure new accounts are implemented and trained to the highest standard, enabling them to gain the maximum value from Nurtur products. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the onboarding stage, managing communication and logging all interactions and account changes in the CRM database. Identify opportunities to upsell additional Nurtur products during the onboarding process, driving revenue growth while meeting customer needs. Address customer queries and technical issues, logging tickets and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both users and key stakeholders to ensure sustained success and customer loyalty. Always represent both the company and yourself in a professional and positive manner to foster trust and credibility with customers. Work with customers to arrange testimonials and case studies that showcase the success and impact of Nurtur product About you Project/Account management / onboarding or training experience. Experience of the property industry desired Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Good Microsoft Office and ideally CRM knowledge. A can-do attitude and will be highly self-motivated. The ability to see tasks through to completion. Good customer relationship building skills. Great organisational and multi-tasking skills. The ability to identify upselling opportunities of new features. Marketing experience would be desired. This will be based out of our offices in Little Eaton, Derby.
