Winsearch is proud to partner with a leading composites manufacturing business serving the Automotive, Aerospace and Motorsport sectors. We are recruiting a number of experienced Composites Laminator to join their team on an ongoing contract basis in Leicestershire. In this hands-on role, you will laminate tooling and components for high-performance projects, taking a precision approach and following detailed engineering drawings and laminating manuals. The focus is on meeting customer delivery targets without compromising quality.

Key Duties
* Laminate tooling and components for composite parts.
* Seal and release patterns/moulds using appropriate compounds.
* Vacuum-bag tooling and components for cure preparation.
* Load and operate ovens and autoclaves during curing processes.
* Manufacture templates and cut kits of composite components.
* Meet delivery targets for our customers while maintaining high quality standards.
* Support 5S and Lean manufacturing initiatives (continuous improvement).
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' laminating experience in the composite industry.
* Experience with race and road car construction (composite fabrication).
* Hands-on autoclave operation experience.
* Strong team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
* Good organisational and logical reasoning skills.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow laminating manuals.
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Desirable: familiarity with 5S/Lean manufacturing (continuous improvement).
