As a Spa Treatment Trainer, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all necessary spa training is completed and recorded in line with company standards.
* Ensuring all generic treatments are performed according to set standards and procedures.
* Identifying, developing, and training new treatments as directed.
* Developing and training in new treatments to establish Champneys as a brand leader.
* Identifying training needs within the Spa Department.
* Completing all training reports and ensuring timely submission to the Spa Training Director.
* Attending meetings and other occasions as requested by the Spa Training Manager and Spa Manager.
* Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.
Qualifications required:
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
* Spa training experience is desirable but not essential.
* Good overall standard of education.
