Location
Office based at CBX, Cobalt Business Park, Wallsend, NE28 9NZ.
Salary Range
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.
Hours
Full time, Monday to Friday.
Monday - Thursday hours: 08:30 to 16:30.
Friday hours: 09:00 to 16:00.
Role Overview
Enviroduct Cleaning is seeking a driven and commercially focused Account Manager to join its office based team. This is a predominantly telesales role focused on acquiring new customers and developing long term client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging businesses with commercial kitchens, promoting Enviroduct's services, and securing contracts to ensure clients remain compliant with applicable fire safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through outbound telesales activity.
Identify and target organisations operating commercial kitchens across relevant sectors.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
Present Enviroduct's services clearly and professionally, articulating compliance and risk management benefits.
Secure new service agreements and achieve agreed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of activity, leads and opportunities within the CRM system.
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Stay informed on relevant industry standards and best practice relating to kitchen extract and ductwork cleaning.
Person Specification – Essential
Proven experience in a telesales, business development or account management role.
Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner.
Target driven with a proactive and resilient approach.
Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills.
Organised and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
IT literate with experience using CRM systems.

Experience within facilities management, compliance services, fire safety or ventilation cleaning sectors.
Understanding of commercial kitchen environments and associated compliance requirements.
