About The Role
As Guest Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing customers and will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally
* Processing bookings, scheduling treatments, and guest dining arrangements
* Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly
* Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all tasks, adhering to quality standards
* Always providing excellent customer service
* Driving sales and improving guest reservations
* Striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Assisting other areas of the Central Reservations department as needed
What We're Looking For
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Resilience and capacity to adapt to changes
* Quick learner with a passion for acquiring new skills
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 7‑day operation
* Positive and proactive approach to work
* Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS)
* Previous experience in a call centre environment
* Desirable background in the hospitality industry
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Additional Information
* Competitive commission structure with average on‑target earnings of £800 per month
* Full‑time role: 40 hours per week
* Shifts: 0745‑1615hrs / 0845‑1715hrs / 0945‑1825hrs
* Rolling shift pattern, including a 6‑day working week, a 5‑day working week and a 4‑day working week
