They are looking for a Head of Sales to join their QSR team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for driving growth and delivering the franchise commercial strategy of their brands. This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, perfect for someone who combines strategic vision with hands‑on hustle.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a winning sales strategy across QSR sector.
* Leverage market insights for new franchise partner acquisitions.
* Manage, mentor, and grow a high‑performing sales team.
* Lead key customer relationships.
* Own commercial forecasting, P&L performance, and trade spend efficiency.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure aligned growth delivery.
* Represent the brands externally with passion and credibility.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years experience within a senior sales leadership position.
* Have strong knowledge and passion for the food and hospitality industries.
* Must be degree educated.
* Proven success managing accounts and delivering growth.
* Strong commercial acumen: confident with P&L, pricing, and negotiation.
* Experience in a high‑growth or challenger brand environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
* A hands‑on, can‑do mindset: happy to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
