Due to a result of continued growth and change they now have an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Director you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of organisations people strategy by working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, aligning to a specific head office function, and taking on a hands-on role in delivering people initiatives. While strategic direction is led by the Senior HR Business Partner, your role will ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of HR solutions and services that add value across the employee lifecycle. You will support the execution of people change programmes, ensuring clear communication, alignment with organisations values, and thoughtful management of impact and risk whilst working with COE’s to coordinate and support key cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, reward cycles, and workforce planning.
