We’re a fast-growing tech company building digital products that power some of the UK’s largest contractors. Our mobile apps are used every day on site — and we’re looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to help us take things to the next level.
What you’ll do
* Lead the design & development of Flutter apps for iOS and Android
* Shape architecture, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
* Mentor developers and drive a positive engineering culture
* Work closely with product & backend teams to deliver mobile-first features
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years in mobile dev, 3+ years with Flutter
* Strong Dart, async programming, and architecture patterns (BLoC, Clean, MVC)
* Experience with APIs, push notifications, Git, and app store release flows
* Great communicator and leader who can align tech with business goals
