The Team and Office Youll be joining a supportive, hardworking team based in a Grade II listed, open plan office in central Altrincham. Role Description As an Account Manager at Gravitas International, you will manage customer enquiries and live projects from initial contact through to instruction for engineered design or receipt of a materials purchase order. This is a sales focused role within a consultative, project led environment. There are no cold calls, but you will be expected to qualify opportunities, manage follow ups, and convert enquiries into instructed projects through clear communication and relationship building. The role offers performance related commission based on successful conversion of enquiries into instructed projects or orders. Monthly commission typically averages £300£400 and is uncapped. Key Responsibilities Managing inbound enquiries and existing customer accounts Qualifying project requirements and gathering relevant technical information Coordinating projects from enquiry through to design instruction Liaising with internal technical and commercial teams to progress enquiries Maintaining accurate and up to date records within the CRM system Providing a high standard of customer service and supporting repeat business Skills and Experience Previous experience in account management or customer facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience within the construction sector is beneficial but not essential Background in telesales or inbound sales is desirable
