Preferred Skills
* Proven experience as a Tree Surgeon or Arborist.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
* Ability to carry out Reductions and MEWP work to a high standard.
* Strong experience in Aerial Rigging and tree climbing techniques.
* Full UK Driving License (essential), with trailer towing capability up to 3,500kg preferred.
* Mechanically minded and able to maintain equipment with care and attention.
* Strong leadership skills; Leading from the front and managing the team effectively.
* Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent results.
* Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting each other to achieve goals.
