This position plays a key role in ensuring course materials are available, affordable, and delivered on time for students and faculty.**Authority and Accountability**Reports to the Course Material ManagerIn the absence of the manager, supervises part-time cashier staff**Required/Minimum Qualifications*** High School Diploma/GED* 3 years in a campus store /retail experience* Ability to operate computerized ERP system; strong organizational skills; MS* Office with a high skill level in Microsoft Excel; and VitalSource Digital Learning Platforms**Preferred Qualifications*** Associate's degree in business or related field* Knowledge of the acquisition and pricing structures of course materials.* Skilled at operation of a computerized NetSuite POS/ERP system and MS Office* Ability to organize, track, verify, procure and provide reports on course materials.**Additional Job Information:**The position is a full-time, non-exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.Priority will be given to applicants who apply by May 6, 2026.
