About the team and the role:
In this exciting role, you will drive key projects to deliver the Refurbished on eBay Programme strategy for the UK. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring you to build and manage relations with a wide range of local and global teams to drive high-impact initiatives.
You will constantly look for opportunities to improve the buyer and seller experience within the Refurbished Programme; identifying and implementing new initiatives that will enable our sellers to meet buyer expectations and succeed in this space.
What you will accomplish:
* Develop and define the refurb proposition, collaborating both internally and externally to drive sustainable growth which is underpinned by brilliant buyer experiences.
* Drive the Refurbished Customer Satisfaction score, identifying and monitoring trends and opportunities for improving the end-to-end buyer experience for our fast-growing programme.
* Collaborate globally to formulate the Refurbished strategy and programme initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and impactful results for the UK market.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including Category Management, Marketing, Product, Business Development, Legal & Customer Services.
* Analyse internal and external data, monitor competitors and closely partner with eBay consumer insights team to understand buyer expectations and experience gaps.
What you will bring:
* Strong ecommerce or online platform background, with experience within the Electronics or Refurbished industry.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships, crafting partnerships and working collaboratively to meet shared objectives.
* Strategic thinking and self-starting abilities, capable of making sense of complex data, building insights, and summarising key findings.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, results-oriented, with good time management, self-motivation, and accountability.
