We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gymnastics, child development, and building a supportive environment for young people and adults. You will deliver engaging, progressive classes for a range of ages and abilities, from beginners through to advanced gymnasts, and play a key role in fostering a culture of belonging and excellence at House of GPA.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality gymnastics sessions in line with our curriculum.
* Work with gymnasts of varying ages and abilities, adapting lessons to support individual needs.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety policies.
* Encourage and inspire gymnasts to achieve their personal best while enjoying the sport.
* Assist with events, camps, and club activities, including holiday programmes and competitions.
* Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain consistency and high standards.
* Serve as a positive role model, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment.
Person Specification
* Level 1 or 2 Gymnastics qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience coaching children and young people in a gymnastics or sports setting.
* Strong understanding of child safeguarding and welfare.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for gymnastics and helping children grow in confidence and ability.
Desirable
* Higher-level gymnastics qualifications or experience in tumbling/cheerleading.
* First Aid certification.
* Ability to contribute to club development and progression pathways

Pay: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
