About the role
You will use your experience and skills to meet the needs of our customers in the following areas:
* Testing of AC/DC electrical motor winding.
* Correct use of burnout techniques.
* Detailing of AC/DC motor windings; rewinding of windings.
* Connection and testing of windings.
* Impregnation and stoving methods.
* Use of specialist tools; assistance with other key tasks within the workshop.
* The role will involve standard day shifts with overtime and occasional on-site work with customers.

7.45am – 2:15pm, Friday

0.30 minute lunch break
About You
* Driving license.
* Formal training or qualification in winding within a motor environment; experience with AC and DC winding (AC only would be considered).
* Confident in carrying out fitting tasks as well as winding.
* Safety of you and your colleagues is a priority.
* Works well in a team and can work independently on own initiative.
