The key focus of this position is to sell exhibition space, advertising and sponsorship within a brand.As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you will strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible. Key responsibilities include:
* Telephone calls to pitch the event to prospects
* Well written and concise emails
* Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
* Lead Generation
* Client Management and Customer Service
* Understand the needs of your business customers
* Research the market and related products
* Gather market and customer information
* Fully immerse yourself into the silicone industry
* Managing the pipeline
* Visiting relevant events globally
* Event management when necessary
* Liaise with the marketing team when required
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Customer service experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM Systems
4. Confident ability on the phone
5. A tenacious approach to winning new business
6. Comfortable face to face with prospects
