Key Responsibilities:
Bartender:
1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
2. Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
3. Manage bar inventory and ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked.
4. Take drink orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
5. Handle cash and process payments.
Waitress:
1. Greet and seat customers with a positive attitude.
2. Take food and drink orders accurately.
3. Serve food and beverages efficiently and with a smile.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
5. Assist customers with any questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements for Both Positions:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
