Job Description
Day-Day Responsibilities:
* Support the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Assist in planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities to support children's progress.
* Work alongside qualified staff to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
* Observe and contribute to assessments of children's development under supervision.
* Help with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changing, and hygiene procedures.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised setting in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
* Engage in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme.
* Follow all safeguarding, equality, and inclusion policies and procedures at all times.
