We are currently seeking a reliable, hands-onSupervisorto join a busy and fast-paced team inMaidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and support the team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
* Monitor performance and provide clear direction to staff on shift
* Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
* Report and escalate any issues to management
* Assist with training and development of new team members
* Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
About You:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Comfortable working early mornings and rotating start times (4:00 AM or 8:30 AM)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to motivate and manage a team effectively
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
* Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
