This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out general maintenance duties across the site Sanding, painting, and preparing surfaces Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Supporting small repair tasks as required Assisting with basic plumbing tasks (advantageous but not essential) Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment Reporting any issues or hazards to management Completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard Skills & Experience Required: Knowledge and experience of using hand and power tools Previous maintenance or general handyman experience preferred Ability to carry out painting, sanding, and preparation work Basic plumbing knowledge is an advantage Strong attention to detail and good practical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious What We Offer: £12.80 per hour (or your preferred rate) Monday to Fr...
