Job Details ROCHESTER Full Time None $30000.00 - $35000.00 Salary/year None Day Shift Admin - Clerical Working within the Sales & Dispatch Admin Office for a multi-national company that manufactures, distributes and installs covering systems for the haulage industry. This individual will operate under the supervision of the branch manager. The purpose of the role is to support the office and warehousing team in all aspects of their day-to-day administrative activities. This role will be predominately based in Rochester, Kent, although occasional travel to all UK locations and customer / supplier premises may be required. General: Handling company correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, and letters. Undertaking administrative tasks in relation to the warehouse issuing and dispatching Dealing with customer sales enquiries and processing customer orders Working closely with colleagues across the company to ensure customer requirements are satisfied, in a timely and professional manner. Carrying out general administration duties in a fast-paced workplace. Key Competencies: Good time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency with office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems Comfortable working as an individual and as part of team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to build positive working relationships Desirable Qualifications & Experience: At least 3 years’ experience working within an admin role Customer Service Experience Experience of ERP Packages (not essential, full training will be given)
