We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across schools in the Maidenhead area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
5. Supervise lessons during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task
6. Deliver pre-set lesson plans – no planning or marking required
7. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
8. Provide support across a variety of subjects and year groups
We’re Looking For:
9. Confident individuals with strong classroom presence and communication skills
10. Experience working with children or young people ( schools, tutoring, coaching) – preferred
11. A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to short-term placements
An interest in education – ideal for those considering a career in teaching
