We’re hiring a Sales Manager for a fast-growing furniture retailer that’s shaking things up. With four stores already open and another launching in Edinburgh this May, this is a brand on a serious growth journey – with plans to scale quickly over the next few years. The Thurrock showroom opened in November and is already turning over £4m. It’s a 14,000 sq ft space with big potential, a solid team, and now it needs someone who can bring drive, personality and proper closing power to the floor. What’s the vibe? It’s a relaxed, collaborative brand – everyone gets on – but this is a target-led environment. Results matter. We want someone who loves the buzz of hitting numbers and gets a kick out of seeing the team smash theirs too. What you’ll be doing: Leading from the front and closing deals with confidence Driving conversion and showing the team how it’s done Coaching Sales Consultants to maximise every opportunity Supporting the GM with day-to-day leadership Bringing energy, positivity and a bit of spark to the showroom If you’re the type who thrives on targets, loves the chase, and knows how to influence a customer without being pushy – you’ll fit right in. What we’re looking for: Strong track record in high-value sales Furniture background ideal We’ll also consider strong performers from kitchens, electricals or mobile sales Not suited to car sales backgrounds Someone who can motivate, challenge and raise the bar A natural closer who knows how to create urgency You’ll get: £32–34k basic Realistic OTE £45–50k 1 weekend off in 5 (team rota – flexibility within the store) Genuine progression opportunities as the business grows towards 20 stores This isn’t just another Sales Manager role.
