Position Overview
Line Manager – Production (High Care) – Forza Foods, Protein site, Normanton.
Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm.
Location: Forza Foods – Site Based Role.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivery of production plans.
* Compliance with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment).
* Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate).
* Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours.
* Encourage teamwork.
* Help train new starters.
* Maintain required standards around specifications and quality.
* Professional people management.
* Efficient and effective use of labour.
* Manage, monitor and improve line performance.
* Support new starters, offering help where required.
