Assistant Store Manager - North London
Full-time | £multi-million store | Career progression to Store Manager
Salary: £38,525 - £45,420 (pro rata depending on contract hours)

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our high-performing North London stores. This is an exciting opportunity to support the running of a £multi‑million operation while helping develop a diverse and talented team.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days in store are the same. One day you could be:
Supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, stock ordering and resolving customer queries
Taking the lead on people management and team performance
Organising holiday rotas and ensuring staffing levels meet business needsOn another day, you'll be focused on:
Maximising store sales
Driving exceptional customer service
Minimising costs and improving operational efficiency
You'll play a vital role in the smooth running of the store and will be fully prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes when required.

Salary & Contract Options
Salary: £38,525 - £45,420
Based on a 45‑hour contract
32, 36 and 40‑hour contracts are also available, with salaries pro‑rated accordingly
