Part Time Account Director – Guildford, Surrey / WFH
£50,000 - £55,000 pro rata plus benefits
We have a great opportunity for a Part Time Account Director to join our client a digital marketing agency that helps businesses embrace innovation and grow. They are looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Director to join their team to develop their clients to help them achieve their business goals. You will be leading the retention and growth of their HubSpot client base, with a knowledgeable and experience production team behind you.
The Part Time Account Director will have experience in winning and dealing with clients, will have deep experience with the marketing, sales and service hubs on HubSpot as well as specific experience with digital marketing and website design and build projects.
The contract will be part time, ideally 2-3 days a week, which they are open to being flexible. The right individual will have prior Account Director and HubSpot sales experience, extensive agency experience and an understanding of the process of digital marketing and website design and build projects. Those with more experience would have experience in overseeing multiple online/digital projects with multiple clients. In addition, the ideal candidate will be highly organised, have commercial and financial skills, an excellent communicator, and worked with a team of account managers/execs.
Required skills and responsibilities:
1. Strong account management skills, proactivity and teamwork
2. Extensive knowledge and experience using the HubSpot platform
3. Experience of creating digital marketing strategies and have executed these
4. Sales and business development skills
5. Ability to manage and service multiple clients
6. Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into project deliverables
Willing to learn:
7. Understanding of good UI and UX design
8. Specifics in paid digital marketing strategy
9. SEO strategy
This role would normally be based at their Guildford studio, but hybrid working is most definitely an option as well as access to their London creative space.
