Mid-Level Social Media Content Creator

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000

Start Date: January 2026

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ agency experience


On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Mid-Level Social Media Content Creator to join a Birmingham-based agency on a hybrid basis, starting January 2026 (or as close to this date as possible).


This role is ideal for a hands-on content creator who can confidently plan, shoot, edit and deliver high-quality social content while supporting strategy and performance across a variety of clients and industries.


Key Responsibilities

1. Create high-quality static social assets and engaging short-form video content
2. Plan, shoot and edit content using iPhone and DSLR equipment, ensuring correct framing, levelling and ratios
3. Schedule content in line with platform best practices
4. Support the development of social media strategies, including content pillars
5. Research client industries and audiences to inform content and strategy
6. Monitor and interpret social media analytics, using insights to optimise future content
