They are now looking to hire multiple Senior Associates into their Core Employment team in London, working alongside leading practitioners in the field.
Advisory employment work, covering day-to-day HR issues (disciplinaries, grievances, contracts, policies, flexible working, family leave and discrimination), as well as support on restructures and redundancies
Employment litigation, acting for employers and senior individuals on high-value tribunal claims and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
High Court matters, such as restrictive covenants, team moves, injunctions and confidential information disputes
Collective and trade union work, advising on industrial action, collective consultation, union recognition and works councils
Transactional employment support, including TUPE and due diligence on M&A, divestments and outsourcing projects
