Overview:
A leading provider of training and accreditation services in the energy efficiency sector is seeking a Training Projects Administrator to join its dynamic team. As the demand for sustainable practices in building performance continues to grow, this organisation plays a pivotal role in supporting professionals across the UK with high-quality training and assessment solutions.
Based at the company’s head office in Lutterworth, with options for hybrid working, the successful candidate will contribute to the continued delivery of impactful training initiatives. This role supports the organisation’s mission to be the foremost independent provider of building energy-rating expertise through education and training.
Key Responsibilities:
The Training Projects Administrator will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training projects, supporting everything from enrolment to reporting. Responsibilities include:
* Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of training projects.
* Supporting learner administration, onboarding, and engagement processes.
* Maintaining accurate project documentation (timelines, budgets, risk logs).
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Managing relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and funders.
* Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with project KPIs.
* Assisting in the development of funding bids and supporting tender submissions.
* Identifying opportunities for new partnerships aligned with strategic goals.
* Representing the organisation at relevant meetings, events, and forums.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in project management within training, education, or funded programmes.
* A background in training administration and learner support.
* A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and budget management.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to maintain strong working relationships.
