Now we're looking for a Head of Service – someone who lives for the buzz of a packed bar, thrives on making guests feel like royalty, and knows how to run the floor with charm, precision, and serious vibes.
What This Role Is All About:
This isn't a clipboard-and-meetings kind of job. This is about being the heartbeat of the floor, setting the tone for exceptional service, and making sure every guest feels like they've walked into somewhere special.
You'll lead by example – welcoming guests, managing flow, supporting the team, and bringing your personality to every shift.
Who You Are:
* A hospitality pro with experience in fast-paced, high-end bars or restaurants
* Obsessed with great service, smooth flow, and attention to the smallest detail
* Confident running the floor and setting the vibe – from the first guest to the last call
* A team player who lifts others up and keeps the energy positive
* You've got excellent drinks knowledge
* Cool under pressure and naturally switched on
* Warm, welcoming, and a little bit fabulous – always
What You'll Be Doing:
* Running service on the floor – greeting guests, reading the room, and staying one step ahead
* Supporting the bar and floor teams to deliver flawless, feel-good service
* Making sure every guest gets VIP treatment, whether it's their first visit or their fiftieth
* Helping train and inspire newer team members with your experience and energy
* Working closely with the bar to keep drinks flowing and standards sky-high
* Being a part of creating the Flamingos magic – with style, speed, and sparkle
