The Role You Could Play

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Flagship Manager to join the leadership team in our fabulous George Street store, on a Secondment contract until January, 2027.

As we continue to grow and evolve our Flagship concept, we are looking to add a senior retail leader to our Flagship team.

This is a newly created role, focused on supporting a team of over 250 in creating an ‘only-at-MECCA’ experience through product, services, brand activations and education moments that make our customers look, feel and be their best.

Reporting directly into our Flagship Manager, this person will play a critical role in:

• Driving exceptional customer experience across all areas of the store, which is reflected in our NPS results and store targets
• Identifying areas of opportunity and creating impactful action plans that encourage a culture of continuous improvement
• Building a highly engaged and highly educated team that thrive in a busy retail environment
• Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy by supporting the end-to-end operational execution
• Understanding the key performance indicators that drive commercial results, ensuring the team are working toward this every day
• Partnering with a variety of stakeholders to influence decisions and create meaningful change that has a positive impact on team and customer

Our ideal candidate is an experienced retail manager with a proven history of leading a large team and display the ability to problem solve autonomously.
