An opportunity has arisen in our Planning Team and we are looking for a Stock Controller and Packaging Scheduler to join us on a fixed-term basis at Bettys Craft Bakery where we produce our iconic Bettys treats. As a Stock Controller and Packaging Scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating the supply of stock to and from the Bakery to meet demand forecast requirements. Some key responsibilities within this role will be: To hold weekly stock calls with customers to check in on availability and confirm future supply plan Generation of customer orders for bakery items in IFS aligned to planner type e.g. MTO2, MTO4 Forecast migration jobs to enable shop order generation in IFS Managing stock for seasonal allocations Convert MRP requisitions for bakery packaging in IFS to meet supply plan requirements Work closely with purchasing team to support buying of materials in line with supply plan requirements Working closely with demand team to ensure inventory management is optimised across supply chain Support with holiday cover for the planning team This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days. This role works Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm. If you would like to discuss flexible working, please provide more details in your application. This is a 14 month fixed term contract. About you You will have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Being able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team is essential within this role. You will have strong IT skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience working in Production Planning is desirable.
