Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live meaningful lives. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, substance misuse, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with around 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting approximately 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate our systems and processes following the merger, you may notice some branding as ‘Humankind’ until the full integration next year.
