Your Purpose**
As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be the commercial lead for some of our most important QSR customers. You'll drive long-term value creation by building strategic partnerships, co-developing solutions, and delivering sustainable growth.

Key Accountabilities

What You'll Do

* Lead the commercial relationship with key QSR accounts.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and Cargill objectives.
* Identify growth opportunities through innovation, sustainability, and supply chain collaboration.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver solutions.
* Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements with a win-win mindset.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Qualifications

What You Bring

* Proven experience in Key Account Management within the QSR, foodservice, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
* Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel as needed.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
