Seeking two experienced Operations Program Managers to join the Initial System Capability (ISC) aerospace team in Yeovil, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across a range of funded programmes. As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist, you'll work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers to ensure the seamless progression of hardware through the operations cycle - from procurement to production - meeting project deadlines and quality standards. Please note - We are only able to consider UK or NATO country passport holders due to the nature of the work. Role: Senior ISC Project Management Specialist (Aerospace Contract) Location: Yeovil, Somerset Hours: Mon - Fri. 37 hours per week. Duration: Up to 2 years contract Pay: £25.88 - £39.57 per hour depending on experience. PAYE only plus holiday pay in addition Security Clearance: Full BPSS Screening, UK or NATO country passport holders only, Criminal Records Check, and Drugs Screening. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Engineering to define, plan, and execute NPI hardware delivery schedules. Manage procurement and production of internal Make parts and external Buy parts. Ensure all hardware required for engineering qualification is delivered on time and to specification. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Act as the liaison between Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers to streamline workflows. Apply best-in-class project management practices to drive process improvement and efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in Operations Program Management, ideally within engineering or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of NPI processes and hardware qualification. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. Success Will Be Measured By: On-time delivery of hardware aligned with project schedules. Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated process improvements and operational efficiencies.
