Financial Advisor Location: Oxfordshire/London Contract: Permanent Salary: £50,000 – £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Start Date: Flexible Contact: (url removed) *Hybrid Working* Job Description Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, owner-managed wealth management and private office firm with offices in Oxfordshire and London for a Financial Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. The Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager will play a key role in servicing, advising and further developing the HNW/UHNW client base within the firm, providing the full spectrum of wealth management advice. The role is primarily focused on servicing and deepening relationships within the existing client bank, supported by internal introductions. There is also scope to contribute your own clients and benefit commercially from business development. Longer-term, there is the opportunity to earn into firm equity based on performance. Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to HNW / UHNW individuals. Lead and develop ongoing client relationships and ensure a high standard of service. Identify commercial opportunities within the existing client base. Attend client meetings across Oxfordshire, London and surrounding areas. Contribute to the wider strategic and business development activities of the firm. Further down the line, look to support the firm’s OCIO / Investment Consultancy propositionCandidate Criteria Level 4 or Level 6 qualified (e.g., DipPFS / Chartered status desirable). Experience advising HNW / UHNW clients (£2m–£30m investable assets). Minimum of 2 years in a CF30 / FCA-authorised adviser role. Strong relationship management and communication capabilities.
