We are looking for positive people to join our team, to provide an excellent support service in our student and commercial guest accommodation. In this role you will be a part of the Property Team based primarily in student accommodation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our accommodation team in a newly created role, where you will have responsibility for all aspects of general maintenance and condition of the UoE student accommodation properties. We have 6 positions available, 3 of them full-time (35 hours per week) and 3 part-time (respectively for 30, 25, and 19 hours per week). Normal hours of work are 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday, with the finishing time earlier for the part-time positions. Weekend working may be required, especially during commercial and summer periods. To be eligible to apply for this role you should have previous maintenance experience, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, have excellent time management skills, as well as be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.
