Platinum Recruitment is currently supporting a 4-star hotel in Lincolnshire, and we have an opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist to join the team temporarily to start ASAP.

What’s involved?
* Assist on busy Reception shifts, helping with checking guests in and out.
* Check that all billing is correct
* Allocate rooms.
* Deal with guests’ requests and customer feedback.
* Handle VIP guests
* Knowledge of Rezlynx is essential
