They are now looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of their safety strategy and drive a culture where safeguarding and wellbeing sit at the heart of everything they do.

From shaping policies to leading audits and influencing leadership teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding a proactive, forward-thinking safety culture across the organisation.
The Role
Lead and develop the Health & Safety strategy across multiple residential sites
Conduct audits, investigations, and compliance reporting to drive continuous improvement
Deliver engaging and practical training to teams at all levels
Support managers with risk assessments and safety planning
Champion a positive safety culture where accountability is shared across the business
About You
NEBOSH qualified with proven multi-site Health & Safety experience
Strong communicator, confident influencing stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across Cumbria and the North East
Experience within residential care, education, or regulated environments is advantageous
