Sales Negotiator’s – Residential Developer – Vauxhall – up to £35,000 (DOE) plus competitive OTE and package
My client is a leading residential developer based in London and they are currently looking for a number of experienced Sales Negotiator’s to work on their luxury development based in South West London near Vauxhall.
The ideal candidate must have New Homes Sales Experience ideally for a luxury residential developer within London.
* Must be highly motivated and target driven along with the desire to succeed and progress within the company.
* Must have excellent Negotiation skills.
* Must have excellent customer service skills.
* Must have Off Plan selling experience.
In return the company can offer you a strong salary and competitive OTE along with progression with the company as they are known to retain staff and promote within and have more planned residential schemes within London’s luxury property market. You will report into the Sales Team Leader and will be based on their current flagship developments.
They are looking to interview potential candidates ASAP for the position with the successful applicant due to start before September 2018.
