Sales Associate – 20hr – Glasgow Store (Fixed Term, Christmas Period)
Join Hagabadet sales team for a 20 hour per week, fixed‑term contract running until 1 January 2026, starting ASAP during the Christmas peak.
We are looking for a part‑time Sales Associate to support customers, build rapport, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service as part of a dynamic, positive team.
* Approach customers, build rapport and anticipate their needs.
* Showcase product collections, share Belstaff stories and upsell.
* Provide knowledge of services such as product care, waxing and customisation, and deliver aftersales support.
* Maintain visual merchandising and stock levels on the shop‑floor and back of house.
* Uphold company and store security procedures, including loss prevention.
* Participate in stock audits and counts.
* Liaise with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor on day‑to‑day decisions.
* Follow all company rules and HSE legislation.
* Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
Required Experience and Skills
* Experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally in premium or luxury retail.
* Confidence delivering exceptional customer service.
* Willingness and desire to learn about the brand and product range.
* Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets, with some prior experience preferred.
* Interest in the luxury/premium retail market.
