This creative agency specialise in retail and brand transformation, and they’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team.

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading retail clients in the UK. You’ll lead the creative delivery and day-to-day running of projects across campaigns, POS, branding, print, digital and more.

Key to this Senior Account Manager role is the successful relationship and positive rapport built with the clients and equally with the creative and client service teams. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary designers, artworkers and copywriters is essential, and the Account Manager will have excellent planning ability in marketing projects. You will lead and manage projects from concept, briefing and budget management in order to successfully navigate the teams through to delivery.

Day-to-day Senior Account Manager responsibilities:

· Take client briefs and plan project objectives, resource requirements and timelines.

· Be the main point of contact for clients and build on relationships.

· Drive projects and problem-solve to ensure the quality delivered to clients is always first-class.

· Communicate and translate client feedback to creative and client services teams to produce deliverables which meet the brief.

Role Requirements for this Senior Account Manager:

· Proven experience working in a creative or design agency environment, confidently managing multiple client accounts.

· Solid background in delivering retail marketing or in-store campaign projects, including POS, activation, and brand transformation work.

· Strong understanding of the creative process, from briefing and concept through to production and rollout, with excellent attention to detail.

· Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

· Highly organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, artworkers and strategists.

· A passion for retail brands, consumer experience, and creative problem-solving.
