What We’re Working On
* Setting up a dedicated clinic space within a local remand prison
* Improving the transition pathway from secure care to community services
* Embedding forensic specialists into each Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
* Providing consultation and formulation support to staff and services
* Creating a co-production forum for collaborative service development
* Offering targeted risk reduction interventions in the community
* Delivering comprehensive forensic training for all CWPT staff
* Leading research on community forensic services to shape future care
Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking passionate individuals with a background working with forensic service users and those with complex mental health needs. The roles will involve building care pathways and fostering strong working relationships with other teams and external agencies, so excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. If you’re experienced in forensic settings (e.g., prisons, secure hospitals, probation) and have a solid understanding of the relevant legislation, we’d love to hear from you.
