Duties for the Role
* Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentation
* Prepare and develop planning scheme into detailed construction drawings
* Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Skills and Experience
* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology or Architecture
* Strong post‑qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects across various sectors or sector specialised experience
* Job‑running experience
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Chorley area
* Full UK driver’s licence
