Role: Programme Manager
Location: Northampton (2-3 days onsite)

Summary:
Programme Manager required to lead a large-scale banking transformation covering API gateways, payments/card switching, network and security platforms. Accountable for multi-year delivery within a highly regulated environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. 10-15+ years delivering complex programmes in banking or regulated financial services
2. Platform migrations, resilience uplift, and legacy decommissioning
3. Strong governance, stakeholder, and vendor management
4. Regulatory & risk expertise: PCI DSS, operational resilience, audit & controls
5. Change management, CAB/ECAB, production cutover and operational readiness
6. Budget ownership and benefits tracking
