Role Overview:
As a Junior Sales & Customer Support Associate at Evertreen, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our sustainability initiatives. You will work closely with our sales team to approach potential clients and assist existing customers through LinkedIn, email, and calls. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to introduce Evertreen’s offerings and generate leads.
* Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email, chat, and calls.
* Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
* Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
* Assist with customer onboarding and guide clients through our platform and services.
* Help resolve customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in our CRM.
* Contribute to the development of sales materials and customer support documentation.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a similar client-facing role is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
* Highly organized with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
* Comfortable using digital communication tools (LinkedIn, email, CRM software).
* A passion for sustainability and an interest in contributing to global environmental efforts.
